primero (primer) first (before masculine singular noun)
segundo second
tercero (tercer) third (before masculine singular noun)
cuarto fourth
quinto fifth
sexto sixth
séptimo seventh
octavo eighth
noveno ninth
décimo tenth

As adjectives, ordinal numbers agree in gender and number and usually go first
e.g. la cuarta persona  ->  the fourth person

Above 10, you can use a cardinal number.
e.g. mi cumpleaños 15  ->  my 15th birthday

Abbreviations correspond to gender and number
e.g. 1o, 1a, 1os, 1a, 1er
